NYU Langone Health’s Harkness Center for Dance Injuries is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of dance professionals by providing breakthrough approaches to injury prevention, medical treatment, education and training, and research. Founded in 1989, the Harkness Center provides expert clinical care for dancers of all types and levels, and aims to turn no dancer away due to financial hardship. The Harkness Center’s evidence-based practice has produced globally accepted approaches to the recognition, treatment, and prevention of dance injuries.

Rodney and Delaine Richards have over 16 years of experience with talent at D & R Management. They empower models, actors, singers, and dancers, who have been featured in VEEP, Empire, Gotham, Stranger Things, and more. They’ve also worked on commercials for Doritos and Education First, and participated in fashion weeks and bridal shows. They provide event staff, models, actors, and singers for various events and trade shows, and are a full-service Talent Management Office.
